Therapist #2 (she who prescribes me drugs) asked me not to weigh myself every day, and only take out my scale on Fridays for my weigh in days.
Two days in and this is not working. I am compelled. The scale calls to me.
Sure, I could put my scale in the trunk of my car as I have in the past. This is an effective method. But what fun is that?
This is way more amusing.
I am a dork.
And I like it.
I meant to ask you whether you already had a tattoo design in mind (for your weight-loss goal)?
