I am not weighing myself today. That would be lunacy. And I may be crazy, but I'm not a lunatic.
1) Track every day, even if I go "in the red". (No.)
2) Go to yoga twice. (No. Once. A week ago today.)
3) Make at least one new recipe. (I'm just gonna keep saying no.)
4) Read 2 books. (Nooooooo.)
5) Do something social. (Yes. Hahahahahahaha...I mean no.)
Next week's goals? Well...the same as this week. Because I failed at all of them. And I'll just keep at it until I get it right. Right? RIGHT?!
