Morning Bliss

I could not sleep this morning. I felt agitated, off balance, tense, tight. I would close my eyes and feel wide awake, open them and feel exhausted and nauseous.

So what did I do?

A little yoga. Just ten minutes or so spent stretching up or upside down.



Like my twin Vegas blisters?

DOGA! "Why you crooked?" He says.

And now I feel wonderful, and ready for my day.
